Will my reload credits expire?

Yes, all reload points expire after 1 year from purchase.

Can I transfer my reload credits to someone else or refund it?

Reload credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

What is Rtist?

Rtist is Malaysia’s Creative Job Platform. We help local creative talents get discovered for job opportunities. As a creative talent, Rtist is a platform for you to get hired, showcase your work, meet other talents and gain more exposure.

What’s next after I register?

Create a profile that highlights your skills and experiences by filling as many fields as possible.
A complete and up-to-date profile is a great chance for you to showcase your work to potential clients as well as Rtist’s Creative Consultants (for Handpick opportunities!). Once you have completed your profile, you can now apply for jobs!

You are ready to be discovered after completing your Profile, account number, “work opportunities” section, Portfolio and Real-time Calendar! Apply for any job vacancy or get contacted by Rtist Handpick Team!

What type of jobs can you get at Rtist?

1. Freelance (Hourly or Daily)
Hourly: You’re paid by the hour.
Daily: You’re paid by day(s). 1 day consists of 8 working hours. Any work done outside the 8 hours will be charged according to your hourly rate.
*How to estimate your Hourly Rate?
Hourly Rate =  Monthly Salary / (Working days x working hours)

2. Project Based
‍You’re paid a fixed amount for a project deliverable, or set of deliverables. This option is ideal when the work is more clearly defined.

3. Permanent / Contract / Internship
Indicate your desired salary and role if you’re open for these opportunities.

How Can I Get Jobs?

1. Job Listings
You can apply for job vacancies in “Rtist Job List” through our platform. Then, you’ll just have to wait for the client to contact you.

2. Talent Search
‍Update your Real-Time Calendar to let clients know your schedule and availability. Do take the time to complete your profile in detail, adding your skill sets, industry and tags on your portfolio, so clients can find you faster and easier, through detailed filters. If your details fit clients’ requirements, they might contact you directly to hire you!

3. Handpicked by Creative Consultants
Rtist Consultants will contact you for jobs required by Rtist’s premium clients, based on your Profile and Portfolio.
* Your Profile will not be proposed to client / visible to public until you have updated your Calendar and Portfolios.

Do I Need to Meet Up With Clients?

You can choose if you want to meet up with the client. Some clients might require meetings to clarify job details further.

Can I work from home?

Yes, you can indicate your preference to work remotely, on-site, or both, at the “Work opportunities” section. There are more descriptions for each working style in the Job Details.

How Can I Get More Exposure and More Jobs?

1. Fill up your personal information in detail
2. Upload a variety of portfolios with related Tags
3. Always update your availability in the Real Time Calendar
4. Fill up your job expectations in “Work opportunities” section.
5. Upgrade to Rtist Plus or Rtist Premium Membership access benefits and gain X10 exposure!

When Will I Get Paid? (Escrow Payment is for Rtist Handpick only)

1. Freelance Hourly: Every 7th of the following month*
2. Freelance Project: Every 7th & 22nd of the month*
*Payment may take a few processing days, especially if the payment date falls on Weekends/Public Holidays, or if you are not a Maybank account user.
*Subject to each project’s terms and conditions.

My account got suspended! Why?

All accounts that contain contact info in portfolios (E.g. Phone number / Personal Website / Email / Behance Portfolio link) will be suspended with immediate effect.

I’m worried about displaying my personal info publicly.

Don’t worry! We take your privacy seriously. We will never disclose these personal information:
1. Bank account number
2. Real name
3. IC Number
4. Work Opportunities Section’s Detail
5. Portfolio (Optional for Rtist Plus and Premium member - Can be set to Private)

What should I do if I want to hire designers to support my studio / agency or team?

You will have to register your company as a client with Rtist. Just Click “I am Client” on www.rtist.com.my and fill in your details. Our Creative Consultant team will assist you further.
