Presently, I am the General Manager at Plus Consulting Sdn Bhd, a US-based IT and business process solutions company. In 2019, I was seconded to Jing Kan Co. Ltd., (Cambodia) an online casino, esports and fintech company.
In 2016, when Huawei Technologies was crowned as the No.1 global smartphone brand, I lead our Asia Pacific regional team to win 1 Gold Award for the Excellent Sponsorship Activities Award and 2 Bronze Awards for the Excellent Brand Strategy as well as the Excellent Media Strategy at the Marketing Excellence Award 2016.
From 2014 to 2016, my team and I at redONE Network won the Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards for the Best MVNO Service Provider of the Year for 3 consecutive years.
In 2007, I won the first Prime Minister CSR Award as the Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility with CIMB Bank.
I had volunteered my time with the Malaysian Education Promotion Council, the National Olympic Council of Cambodia and the Papua New Guinea Internet Exchange. I volunteered as a Covid-19 samples delivery driver and a medical translator during the Covid-19 pandemic in Malaysia.

    I am the Principal Consultant and Business Development Director for the Social Media Marketing Agency.

    Job Role
    My main role is to create marketing content for Clients. This involves planning, creating content, distributing content, and evaluate content – online and offline.

    I ensure high visibility of our content everywhere: on social media platforms, on websites, in print magazines, and other places like promotional catalogues. I also write and design the emails that get sent to customers and direct mail they get through the post.

    Job Responsibility
    As GM, I manage the strategy and planning for the company.

    Aside from creating valuable content across multiple channels, including social media, print magazine, digital display, and email direct marketing, I also manage the production of content for digital channels: this range from a Facebook canvas to a ‘how-to’ video, to a cut-down and optimized version of YouTube, Instagram, etc.

    I lead a team of content assistants to make sure we deliver assets and the daily content calendar on Clients brand and on time.

    I oversee the social paid media allocation for Clients campaigns, keeping a tight budget to make sure we’re spending the right amount of money to reach our customers in the best way.

    I set clear measurements and KPIs for the activity to make sure we’re constantly improving and to show the impact and efficiency of our activities.

    I manage budgets and make sure we have the right budget split between content production and paid media.
