About Molli -> Molli sauces were created by Chef Jorge Bernal from Mexico City with a knack for creating hot sauces and tasty condiments fit for western and Asian cuisine.
Like many great inventions, Molli started small. In the kitchen of a 900 square feet apartment in Malaysia. The sauces are handmade in small batches using fresh ingredients sourced from local markets. Although best with Mexican dishes, Molli sauces are so flexible that you can have it with every type of food - burgers, pizzas, roast chicken, seafood, fries, fried rice, and even ramen!
