Your responsible:
Work closely with digital strategist and the team to come up with social media campaign concepts and video/commercial ads ideas.
Involved in the pitching process with the team from conducting research, ideation, brainstorming to creating mock visuals, and sometimes pitching etc.
Confident in explaining and justifying creative concepts, to both internal/external teams and clients.
The key person to oversee art direction of design projects, able to effectively manage all project timeline and deliver within the time frame given.
Create visuals for client campaigns and promotional materials.
Flexible in adapting your ideas to align with the needs of clients.
Supervise junior designers.
Keep up to date with new trends, quality content and latest updates on brands and digital channels, and able to apply trends and learnings into day to day creative work.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years of working experience in advertising/media/marketing related field
Must be both English and Chinese literate.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign. Premier Pro, After Effects).
Familiar with Facebook and other social media advertising requirements.
Able to work under fast paced environment and handle high volume workload.
