Graphic Design

• To work and maintain a cordial working relationship with all other departments in setting up their requirements.
• To organize, set time line with priorities on tasks and duties for required events.
• To assist to proof-read for accurate and high-quality work production.
• To manage and maintain graphic files, including photos, logos and art.
• To handle ad-hoc project, which might include printing, cutting, laminating and binding for KIS operation.
• To assist in brainstorming and advertising strategies with the marketing team. To be included in Branding exercise.
• To set high standards by using diverse methods including typeset, color, photographs and illustrations to create a general layout.
• To design and develop concepts for the overall outline of signs, publications, marketing brochures, web pages, promotional displays, logos when required.
• To manage printings to ensure budget and brand is maintained includes determining papers, colors, printing processes and camera ready output.
• To identify merging technologies in new media particularly design program so that the organization’s design solution is always on the forefront.
• To produce visual solutions by analyzing the condition and finding the most appropriate means of delivering a message for KIS advertisement and operation.

Website and Facebook

• To be responsible for daily/weekly updating of KIS website contents, new inputs, developments using CMS.
• To view and test website users’ experiences, comments and requests.
• To make sure information concerning students’ activities, school events, meal plans and current announcements are updated to the website timely.
• To ensure photos contributed from teachers for web site are edited and of high quality.
• To assist on photo takings during school event and catalogue accordingly.
• To perform any other duties as instructed by the management from time to time as at when required.

Education and Experience

1) Diploma/Degree in Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent

2) 2 years working experience in advertising or marketing field.

3) good command of written and spoken English
